Adds7 Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the adds7 platform and its users. "adds7", "we", or "the platform" refers to adds7.bet Refers to the website and its associated mobile application.

"User", "you", or "member" refers to any individual who has registered on or is using adds7. "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, payment, and related activities conducted on adds7.

Adds7 is committed to providing Bangladesh users with a safe, transparent, and entertaining online gaming environment. These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up with that goal in mind.

2 Account Registration

An active account is required to use adds7. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. adds7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false information.

Registration Terms

• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly forbidden.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact adds7 Support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

KYC Verification

To ensure security, adds7 verifies the identity of its members. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. Additional documentation may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

3 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Eligibility Criteria

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use adds7.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use adds7.
• Adds7 officers, employees, and their immediate family members are not permitted to use the services.
• Individuals who are mentally incapacitated or have been declared legally incompetent by a court are not eligible to open an account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Adds7 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be reversed.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal limits will apply until KYC verification is completed.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Adds7 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the event of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Adds7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and expiry date — please read them carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Every bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements. Typically, you are required to wager 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Each bonus offer can only be used once per member.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Adds7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on adds7 is governed by specific rules. Please make sure you understand the rules of each sport before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins, a full refund will be issued.
• If a bet is affected by a technical issue, adds7 reserves the right to make the final determination.
• If a bet is cancelled due to odds changes, the original stake will be refunded.
• Live betting odds change in real time, and the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• For system bets and multi-event parlay bets, all selected events must be correct for the bet to win.

Casino Games

All casino games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) certified technology. The house edge for each game is listed on its respective information page. In Live Casino games, the live dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on adds7. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Money Laundering: Using adds7 for the purpose of money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Placing or participating in bets on outcomes that are known to be predetermined.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method registered in another person's name.
• Hacking or Cracking: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Using Another Member's Account: Accessing or using another member's account.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Adds7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. That said, no account will be closed without just cause.

Reasons for Account Closure

• Violating these terms and conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• By court order or legal obligation.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting Support. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before proceeding with the closure.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, please contact our customer support first. We aim to resolve most issues within 48 hours.

• After a complaint is submitted, adds7 will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• Complex cases may take up to 30 days to investigate.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through our support team, you may seek assistance from an independent dispute resolution body.
• Adds7's decision shall be final in all matters of interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.

11 Changes to Terms

Adds7 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification in advance.

Continued use of adds7 after updated terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking this page regularly.
